To obtain the Congress rates, requests of accommodation must be made on the Registration Form and sent to the office in charge, COB, or online at www.ess-eg.org. Full payment is required for hotel reservation.

Nationals of most countries require a visa for Egypt. However, we suggest checking with your travel agent or at the nearest Egyptian consulate. You may request a letter from the ESS welcoming you to the meeting if you feel this will be helpful by contacting the office in charge, COB.
