Sufficient number of rooms, with special Congress rates, had been reserved for the Congress participants.
To obtain the Congress rates, requests of accommodation must be made on the Registration Form and sent to the office in charge, COB, or online at www.ess-eg.org. Full payment is required for hotel reservation.
Reservation requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and must be received by January 20, 2007. Requests received after this deadline, or after the room blocks are filled, are subject to rate and space availability.

Applying for Hotel Accommodations
Hotel Accommodation requests can be made online at www.ess-eg.org, or by completing the Hotel Accommodation Form and returning it to the Office in Charge, COB with the appropriate fees.
Please do not send your request directly to the hotel; doing so will only delay the processing of your request. The office in charge will send you a reservation acknowledgment. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours after sending a request, please contact the office in charge, COB.
Visas and Letters of Invitation
Nationals of most countries require a visa for Egypt. However, we suggest checking with your travel agent or at the nearest Egyptian consulate. You may request a letter from the ESS welcoming you to the meeting if you feel this will be helpful by contacting the office in charge, COB. |
