Registration Information

Registration Procedures
Application for registration can be made on line at www.ess-eg.org or via the Registration Form enclosed.
Registrations can only be accepted on receipt of a completed Registration Form (on-line or hardcopy) accompanied by full payment of the applicable fees including all/any additional function tickets. Acknowledgment of registration details will be sent soon after receipt of your Registration Form and payment. On receipt of your confirmation letter, please check all items carefully. Any errors or alterations need to be made in writing to the office in charge as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by the office in charge, prior to 30 January, 2007 will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the office in charge.

Payment
Payment of applicable fees must accompany the registration form. Payment could be made by one of the following methods:

  Cash: at the office in charge, COB

  Bank draft cheque: payable to the "Egyptian Society of Surgeons" and sent to the office in charge, COB

  Bank Transfer: to Misr Bank - Garden City Branch, Cairo, Egypt
                         Account Name: Egyptian Society of Surgeons
                         Account number: local currency 122/1/6200 - Foreign currency 122/120/1140
                         Swift code: BMISEGCXA101 (A copy of the transfer order must be sent to the office in charge, COB)
